Fairyland covers an area of 4,000 square meters, over 50 staffs including sales, R&D, material, finance, administration, QC and 5 production departments such as Pouring workshop, Compression workshop, Injection workshop, Grinding workshop and Assembling workshop. Now we have 10 vulcanizing machines, 1 color mix machine, 10 injection machines, 8 ovens, different grinding machies, various tools and equipment. 

Q6: What certification do you have? 

We have obtained CE, LVD, RoHS, Reach, MSDS, POP and Prop. 65 certificates, also can make test as customer requirement. 

Q7: How can you control the quality? 

We control the product quality by IQC, QA on production lines, 100% testing before package and FQC before warehousing finished products, trictly follow the whole quality control standard by ISO9001. 

Q8: What's your lead time for mass order?

Usually 15-35 days, subject to the production processing, quantity and your package requirements. 

Q9: Do you accept OEM or ODM project?

Fairyland: Of course, Fairyland is professional on OEM & ODM projects, we have Artwork Designer, R&D dept, Electronic and Mechanical Engineers, also experienced production team. We can provide you 2D, 3D and package designs for confirmation.

Fairyland: Tooling Cost: 50% deposit, balance once sample is confirmed;

 Mass order: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

Fairyland: usally by T/T, also can pay use by Paypal, Payoneer or Alibaba. 

Q13: What kind trade term do you make?

Fairyland: We offer different terms include Ex-work, FOB, CIF, DDU or DDP such as FBA Amazon shipment. Please always give us your detail requirements.
